Memories rarely exist in isolation; they intersect and influence each other. STRATA is a visual sensory work that demonstrates the interplay between memories; how a moment can fluctuate over time, influencing and shaping subsequent experiences.
The opening and closing of fragments creates a dynamic representation of the ever-changing landscape of remembering. Some memories are etched in our minds with clarity, others come to life very quickly, while others fade, blur and disappear over time. The flashing lights serve as a metaphor for the ephemeral nature of memories.
STRATA is a journey into the landscape of what seems like an eternal glow in our minds, representing the silent echoes of unwritten chapters that we want to forget or remember, and are yet unresolved.
With his new drop, HOXID explores the complex world of memories with the STRATA collection.
In its own way, this visual sensory collection highlights how memories intersect, evolve and dynamically interact over time. In other words, it explores the ever-changing landscape of Remembering.
The collection contains a unique 1/1 audiovisual piece and three unique scenes. Each scene has its own story, but shares a common essence. This is an invitation for you to choose the one that resonates most with you - your piece of STRATA.

Hoxid is an accomplished artist. He studied visual arts and design and earned a master’s degree in music design. Hoxid meticulously combines these two disciplines of his art by creating stunning 3D audiovisual artworks. His art is characterized by the unique atmosphere created wherein the audio and visuals complement each other in balance with the monochromatic color scheme. Hoxid’s works usually analyze or provide commentary on aspects of society or the human condition. Hoxid has been creating art and music for over 20 years. He is now completely focused on his passion, creating art full time. Hoxid’s work has been featured and exhibited internationally in top cities such as Miami, New York, Cologne, Paris, and Tokyo and at events such as NFT NYC, IHAM Gallery, ARTYFARTY Gallery, Nox Gallery. His work has also been displayed on NEO Shibuya TV!
