Photographing The Invisible
My artistic research delves into the existence of an irrefutable union between our unseen invisible universe comprised of energies, frequencies, vibrations, and figures that are imperceptible to the human eye, and the visible material world. I strive to immortalize a reality which is right before our eyes, reveal it to the world through the mirroring of shapes. Incredible forms emerge, revealing hidden worlds, such as angels and other figures from various mythologies.
By gazing at my works with a different perspective, one can perceive magnificent energy forms and light, and be transported to the ever-present positive reality which surrounds us and experience new emotions.
Energy Selfie
‘Energy Selfie’ explores personal identity and energy through an old Kirlian device. Rather than photographing faces, the device captures the aura of fingers, showcasing individual auras and highlighting the connection of energy between people. This representation of the collective energy of all living beings invites the viewer to reflect upon their own energy and encourages a deeper understanding of the invisible forces that govern our interactions.
An important aspect is the Kirlian device itself, which was inherited by the artist from their father. This device is the very cornerstone of the project, a direct connection to their family identity. By using this device, the project adds an element of nostalgia and history, as this technology is not commonly seen in modern times. The Kirlian device serves to emphasize the idea that energy and interconnectedness are not new concepts, but have been explored and understood in different ways throughout time.
